I'm planning to enrol my toddler to a playgroup this September. Wonder if anyone heard of Joyful English Centre in Tsuen Wan.
Would be grateful for any views and experience on this centre:
1. Teaching staff - are they patient, good-hearted, native speakers?
2. How's a 3-hour day like? I suppose there are breaks or tea-time
3. School environment - is it good in terms of safety and cleaniness?
4. Toddler-caring - apart from teaching and playing, are there staff caring for the toddlers, say, changing nappies?
