what about the rest of the kids who are not admitted by DGJS & DBSPD? Do they go to good primary school?

may i know cckg no k1 class, right ? only start from k2 ?
if i want to try for my son, he was born 01/2005, does
this mean i have to apply k2 for him next year ?
