K1D parents

Other than "London Bridge is falling down", I heard Lok Heng sang some other English songs. People told me that Kentville is strict and tradition. But Lok Heng said that he likes Kentville other than the child care centre attended before.

I am planning to enrol some courses for Lok Heng. Any recommendations please?

All parents

請問學生返學後，上課的時間老師會如何安排？例如：中英文的學習時間分佈，有何其他活動（如：手工、唱遊、德育、常識）。另外，請問根德園是否有普通話課？

很多幼稚園都有固定的時間表，但我問過老師，老師說這裏沒有時間表。

Dear all mom,

Every morning when Tiffany find Kentville student on the way to school, she will be very happy and ask 同學仔, "你係邊一班gar?"
I also feel very happy to find that she is quite willing to talk to new freinds which is a great different from before.

小朋友每天乘學校校巴（小巴外型那隻）上學，眼見校巴上有越來越多同學仔，由最初一排座椅坐2人至現在要坐3人。請問有否超載？危險嗎？

My bb (Yan Suet) is at KIG am (Kent Rd) class, so is the same class with Alison.
Does Alison tell you things about school? My bb talked a lot, but don't know how many is true.

Kentville’s English standard is quite good, even they didn’t have any Native English Speaker. They will more emphasis on the pronunciations. K1 students learn the English not just a word only, they also learn a phrase & full sentence – e.g. ask their question “What is your school name”, they will answer to “my school name is Kentville kindergarten”, or learn a word ”paper” that they will learn “a piece of paper”.

However, please note that Kentville didn’t have phonic.

In fact, i also let my sons to go to take the other English courses (phonics for my elder son, other English course for two sons), I want to let them to keep on speak English with Native English Speaker.

真係好唔同ga, 我見維維上Phonic 好定好叻, 而我個女(細女)相比之下就好BB, 放學番黎都唔多講學校D野.

種子學院9月開左班,已full哂,我問有冇得waiting,佢都答唔到我,我係baby kingdom首頁見到佢地廣告,你去首頁睇下,可直接click去website架,但website就冇pre-school cambridge的介紹bor.

樂睎先啱啱三歲, 所以我唔諗phonics住, 等佢識晒大小楷英文先, 4歲都未遲. 而家只在家播phonics cd同佢玩下, 佢只想玩住學.

但會話我就keep住同佢講, 等佢聽多d.
