Good question!  You can find the basic guidelines from the kindergarten website as below:

"為培養幼兒有整潔的儀容，頭髮應常清潔，留長髮之女孩應用紅色絲帶結辮子或佩戴紅色髮飾......"

So, as long as the hair is tied up, doesn't matter if it is a pony-tail or pig-tails.  Concerning the hair accessories, they should be red in color.  For us who like to comply with this totally, would spend time during this summer to shop around for hair accessories which is red only, and I do recommend that.

No need to thank really!  This is something that I should do as the 版主 of this forum.  Hope the parents can continue to chat and share here for the coming year!

Seems most of the parents this year are quite well prepared.  Usually there would be a lot of questions concerning the kindergarten (curriculum, languages taught, etc.) in the past.  I guess everyone already got the info from previous posts!
