my girl had the interview at 2pm, no email received.

No. I think they should call the parents instead of sending email as the 2nd interview would be this Wed.

I called Middle Kornhill Victoria to check. They said second interview will be arranged for marginal cases. Some can be directly accepted.

i wonder if these are the total vacancies after deducting those pn students that will promote to k1 or not?
