張表係唔係有唔同顔色(以我所知有灰紫色同藍色)
知唔知有咩分別呢?

If like this. I think they are not arrange according by month. Maybe by the time they received the application form or the time to submit the form.

I believe the form is printed in different colour aims to define the submission time for application.

Blue - Nov. 18 at 9:30-10:30am
Pink - Nov. 18 at 3:00-4:00pm
Yellow - Nov. 19 at 9:30-10:30am
Grey - Nov. 19 at 3:00-4:00pm

Yes, you don't need to go in person, the instruction letter has mentioned if you can't make it personally you can appointed anyone to submit the required documents.
