請給我意見, 在同一日有3場interview, 分別是 St. Catherine 10:00 (kln tong), 學之園 11:30 (大角咀) 和 KV 3:45 (kln tong), 這3間都是我的心水,但因家住青衣, and my child is very shy, and the schedule is very tight because my child get used to have a nap in the afternoon. Do I need to waive one interview ? The performance of my child is not good if I try to go to 3 interviews. So What shall I do?? Help me please

Pls give me sone advise

可否改期? bb咁細, 點頂得住一日3場?!
如果真係改唔到, 我唸你要set下先後, 放棄一場了.....

The school styles of St Cat & LH are quite similar, while KV is traditional. Try the teaching style you like. For me, I prefer St Cat & LH.

I already check with the kindergartens, can't change the date. So how can I do because I love all 3s.

I also live in Tsing Yi. For me, I will give up LH coz I think St. Cat is better than LH and KV is different if compared with these 2 kindergarten so I think you would better to have nap time for your bb after attended the interview at St. Cat and prepare him to attend interview at KV in the afternoon.

i think that's a good suggestion, but you have to aware that both st. cat & kv are very very popular kinder, the competition is bigger, while LH might be easier to get in, that's what i think.

Yes, I agree with you (mirimiri). I also think that LH may be easier than KV and St. Catherine. As my child is really shy and is a little one (because he is born at Dec) and now just can speak words only not sentence. So I think the chance for KV or St Catherine is not high but I really want to try. And I also think that if luckily my child accepted by either KV or St. C, which may have a good chance to find a better primary school in future.

My kid has been studying in LH N1 for about 1/2 month; in my opinion, it is a good kindergarten - teachers /principal and staff are energetic, responsible and nice; school facilities are quite new. My kid enjoys his school life a lot! I really agree that you should consider this kindergarten.

I understand that it is really a tough decision among these 3 kindergarten interview; I think it is not a problem for you to catch up all 3's interview time log.

Per many's experience, St. Cat 10:00am interview can be ended before 10:30/45;

u can take a rest (around 30 mins ) with your kid ( by taxi or driving by yourself )=> 15 mins earlier than your interview time at LH;thus, your kid can be familiar with the school

LH takes around 15-20 mins for both kid and parents for the interview=> 12:00 noon => feed your kid and let him/her to sleep ( with a bottle of milk is a good idea )

wake him/her up at around 2:30pm=> use something that he/she has interest to make him/her not sleepy=> 3:30pm at KV for the last interview

if neither one of the interviews can be postponed, the above is my suggested schedule and opinion. You should have confidence in yourself and your kid; just 1 day, both of you can overcome!

其實St Cat一級有成20班，每班二十幾人，粗略估計可收500人，若有2,000申請者，入標機會是1:4。

LH一級收75人，若350人考，收生比例1:4.6。

至於根德收幾多人，就不太清楚了。

若數據有誤，請指正。

my kid also studied PN in LH, i agree that's a good kinder, but like what Swift said, if she target some famous private primary, then the other two kinders might have better chance since they have long history and good reputation. 1 day go 3 interviews is very tight for such small kid, for me i'll choose st. cat & KV, the kid can take a long rest in the middle, of course a backup kinder is necessary in that case.

根據教統局網頁, 2007-08收生資料,
st cat (essex crescent) 211個k1,
st cat (norfolk road) 483個k1,
即係呢個年度sc total收左694個k1學生,
不過唔知09-10學位有冇增多或減少。
