well, students come from primary schools from a wide variety, like some other renowned schools and also ordinary schools that others may not have heard of. More importantly, acceptance depends on the individual student's academics, extra-curricular activities and of course interview performance. I guess the school looks for girls with potential to be developed into women of excellence.

Last year, about 10 APS girls were accepted by DGS. However, this year, only 1 girl has been accepted.

Really? I thought DGS has preference over APS students as they are having the same religious. I heard that APS is very pushing and that is why there are so many kids accepted by DGS and also HYS in these years.

到現在為止，在EK似乎沒有人說過到收到上Bridging course 的通知。

DGJS 加學費較密, 2012-13 的學費已由 $45,000 加至 $51,000。
DGS 較少加學費，今年仍然是 $38,000。

大部份的坊間售買的品牌也都是"Non-marking", 例如：PUMA, Nike, Adidas 也是，在鞋底會有寫。

女兒是否有能力考此校都是未知知數? 不過, 請問知不知道是否大多數S.1都是DGJS上的, 外來小學考入多不多?

jvma 根據教育局的資料，小學有3班，而中學有5班，所以有2班是外來生。
小學每班約35人，中學每班約41人。
中一約有205個位，DGJS 和外校生 大約是一半一半。

Interesting thing is I saw quite a few (around 15) were registrating on 10/7. Just wonder they have reserved so many places for "knock doors". I heard the teacher said, "Don't worry, we have reserved enought places for all of you. No need to rush!"

有家長說世光的校服質地較好，校裙的顏色相對較白，是否事實呢？

jvma 有學生話，金綸夏季裙好些，件藍色外套會起毛粒，但我應該會去金綸。
你說「金綸夏季裙好些」，是指相對「世光的夏季裙」好些，
還是相對「金綸的那件會起毛粒的藍色外套」好些呢？

$80 支票是學生證的費用.
照片需要穿校服, 照片背後寫名.
若果你女兒9月會向學校訂午餐, 可以同時將訂餐表格交回.

另外，訂餐表格上要寫〝班別〞，即是起碼要15 ~16/8才知，點解有人可以咁早交回校？

九月份的訂餐表格只需填寫S.1及學生姓名, 聯絡電話便可。以後才需要填埋班別及班號。

出版商可能仍不知道在Government Structure 的內容，應該教三司十二司定五司十四局，又不知道發展局局長到時會是誰。

我好大懵，以為學生才參加迎新日，所以沒有出席，阿女回到學校之後call我話好多家長在場。最近屋企裝修，所以學校既野就無理太多。
我也不知道可以回校取資料。
