Hi Yinyinmama,
My son is now in P1 and my younger is planned to apply K1 this year. I now live in Tsuen Wan. We plan to move to a place which has better school bus schedule and it seems also interesting to me to move to Homantin. Actually we also visited the apartments in Homantin but it seems too 'old' for us. Do you have any information that can share with me (e.g. building's name, approximate rent / purchase price...). Thanks

Anybody know the activities on 20 Nov? The notice said that the parents only stay in the Hall to watch for the live run!? (activities will take place on G/F Block A). By the way, it sounds great that the school is 115 yr old :exclaim:

My interpretation about the memo is :

I think 感恩祟拜 only take place on Nov 19 and all P6 students will particpate (they need to stay from 2:00-5:30pm, 3.5 hrs bor) ...for all others, we only go for 參觀 (about 1hrs+)...

so if parents want to join the 感恩祟拜先係 Nov 19 去並 sit in the hall to watch TV...and I dun think our kids need to do so on the other day..

唔知我有冇理解錯呢....

P.S. 不過個日我地帶完小朋友回校之後駛唔駛全程陪佢地定係由老師照顧呢~~呢樣我就唔太肯定~~ :-| :-|

It seems that parent and Kinder students could only join the funchtion on Nov 20(Sat). Somebody told me (Primary student's parent) that teacher will mark you name for arrival. We could visit with our child according to the time schedule given.

我想問下培正幼稚園是不是冇全日制呢....
幼兒班: 上,下午班
低班: 上午班
高班: 下午班
其實咁樣小朋友會不會好難適應呢
學費吾算太貴,因為何文田有好多普通o既幼稚園都貴過佢....
而我想問下培正幼稚園最早可以幾點帶小朋友返學校呢,因為我想返工時自己帶佢返學ma......
另外再想問下是不是冇托兒服務呢

好..等我又嚟搭訕...

1) 培正..又或咁講, most of the kindergartens in HK 都係半日制嘅...就算有d話有全日, 其實另外個半日只係半托管形式同你睇住小朋友, 俾d玩具佢玩, 看吓佢做功課 only..唔係教嘢架喎....咁除非你真係冇時間睇住小朋友, otherwise I can't see why we need to put our kids for full time...

2) 好多幼稚園都係 K2 全上午, K3全下午架 (e.g St Cat, Kentville, etc), K3 返下午呢樣係為 equip 小朋友將來返小學而令佢先適應就真, 因為 most of the primary schools now are full day ga ma.......唔俾佢咁...佢反而第日仲難適應噃....

3) 培正會建議唔好早過上課時間前 15 mins 送小朋友回校, 因為佢地冇人咁早幫我地睇住d小朋友, FYI, 上午班上課時間係 9am, PM class : 1:15pm

4) 培正係"幼稚園", 唔係"幼兒園", 前者一向係唔會提供托管服務嘅...this applies to all kindergartens, not only PC....不過你都可以話個d "全日幼稚園"係有"托管"成份喇...

如果屋企有人幫手睇住小朋友就吾需要讀全日啦,因為全日學費都幾貴呀....而且下午多數係目訓覺law.....
咁我想問下培正幼稚園可否申請學費減免呢....今年佢地學費好似$1482呀,交10期....其實佢都吾算好貴,因為我姑奶個女讀緊何文田聖文嘉幼稚園,學費都要$1587,
不過培正幼稚園真係幾難入呀,是嗎
其實這區仲有冇o的好o既幼稚園介紹呢....
