No. not the case. Children will be called in at the interview time to an air-conditioned room for an one hour interview. Only parents wait at the corridor. Given the weather is not that hot, still acceptable.

哈哈! 各位, 我朋友個唔多識講中文嘅囡囡 in 咗啦! 佢好好笑, 但好sure 咁指住張相....."this is the lady I met in the room , dad!" 你哋估吓是誰??....登..登...登...登...... "中學校長"

, 她都話個 lady 穿深紫差不多黑色的衫....!

My daughter has told me the same.
I thought she has been interviewed by a vice principal but she insists telling me the lady is the 中學校長 ?? . I 've showed her the pictures of three ( 3-4 times) from the prospectus and she answered firmly that is her. I puzzled !! After reading the msg from smalljokerbb, I hv no more hesitation on her now.

What an important interview !

點解有些小朋友又話只係老師見, 無見過校長? 其實會唔會學校在見小朋友之前, 心裏有數邊d小朋友係佢地杯茶? 不過, 只係我自己猜測.

我女起初都話係見中學校長,不過我同husband都話impossible,搞到我亞女都唔sure係邊個lu. 指返個小學校長. 我話錯亞女了.

Anyway,都in左了,我地都唔可以再把故事重組,let it go la.

另外,我睇見上年的thread話十月尾已有second interview.

我估係小學副校長, 佢個樣同中學校長有d似, 不個肥d, 我個日都見到副校長在接見室走出來, 中學校長應沒有空理小學的事, 2nd in 應在10月尾知道, 但相信會逐批call.

誰人都好啦, 我朋友話全程的感覺都好好, 上上下下的員工和教師都好有笑容,見d 學生好陽光孩子咁!好想個女係到返學! 但佢有嚴重職業病, 等待個女嗰個鐘, 佢周圍行,睇d玻璃担心安唔安全, 條室外樓梯又話做得唔夠平...又話d 牆和厠所開始有d問題,用料唔係咁好!

我就問佢.."你去同個女interview, 定做野嫁?! 好似去驗樓咁,這間是學校, 唔係五星級酒店呀!", 哈哈! 我仲同佢講, 如果個女有得2nd interview, 你就同校長返影或做佢樓宇consultant 囉!睇校長叮唔叮你出場!"

Finished interview today. Situation is more or less as other mum's description. My daughter had been waiting inside the room for about 40miniutes to interview. Since I showed her the photos of principle, and told her that maybe it's teacher to interview her, I am surprised that she asked the teacher who lead her to the room, "May I know the one inside is principle or teacher" The answer is principle. So, she greet her "Good morning, principle". Actually, she is vice principle because she told me the suit color she wore and we all saw her going inside the room.

I think she spent almost 10 miniutes for interview because she told me Principle told her a long story and asked her question. Afterwards, there is a board showing different shapes and colors. She presented to her for several seconds and took away and asked her to do the same "Picture". She did. Then, there are a lot of general questions like do you have brother,sister... how old is he ? Which school is he studying ? What you did yesterday in National Day ?

My daughter said she likes this school very much and would like to come again to play. I think they treat children very friendly. No matter what is the result, she did the best.

所以d細路真是很可愛,純真.我記得本人姪女當年考DGJS問校長"為什麽這所小學冇男仔?"她讀的是男女幼兒園.現在準備升中-HY.

又同大家分享一則童真片段,是我在SPCC interview 時等侯女兒期間發生的.話說

" 個老師叫某學生快Ｄ到某處取東西,但不可跑.那位可愛的男學生轉數快,利用机械人行路方法"大步跨過"左右手搖得很跨張,真是達到"快而無跑"的效果,我當塲忍不住笑,坐在隔離d parent都唔知我笑嘜.我老公當塲問我d學生係米好奇怪!!

我想你哋現在都笑緊,hahaha!!!

I agree. They are really lovely and always have surprise. That's why I don't send children for interview class to be trained into robot work.
