Re: KCIS PARENTS
Dear Lamsuetwai,
I cannot gurantee that every class teacher is very good to the students. But I can sure that my son's class teacher was good so far in these three years.
When my son was in P.2, the teacher changed their reading books every 2 or 3 days in a week. Just based on their reading progress. If I found the book that was too easy for my son, I would inform to the teacher by the blue hand book. (this is the hand book for the communication with the teacher) So that she changed a higher level books for my son. After the 1st year in KCIS, my son could read up to Level 7 already. He could also understand the meaning of the book.
In English lesson, mostly the teacher told them a story and requested them to think and write what's the end of the story by their creativity thinking. For English homework everyweek, they are required to make the sentences for 10 words.
Actually, you may also make appointment with your son's class teacher and requested for the explanation of the curriculum. For my son, after around one week of the new term, the teacher would prepare a notice to us for the explanation of the curriculum each year. |
