英國student Visa 快證

香港唔使交財政證明，我想問有冇人真係抽中俾人要求提交？
另外，想問吓快證，係喺申請visa 嗰陣時一次過俾埋？定係跳去V F S約期嗰時先另外再加？

"Personal Money
If you are paying for yourself, the funds must have been acquired legally and can be held in a current account, deposit account, savings account, pension savings, or investment account, and it must be immediately accessible.
You must provide a bank statement, building society passbooks, certifications of deposit, or a letter from your bank or building society displaying the date, account holder’s name, bank or building society name, and balance on the account."
The key is whether a time deposit/fixed deposit is "immediately accessible".

我上星期申請student visa 時，VFS 提我比定佢. update吓先，我申請咗快證，好快，三日就批咗，唔需要交任何財政證明
