倫敦租樓有什麽agent好？(三個學生)

英國地產經紀唔同香港咁進取，唔會搵定一堆租盤響同一日帶你遊花園睇哂。你要自己主動睇right move 搵，睇啱邊個租盤就要盡快打去約睇屋，通常睇完之後agent 會講如果你睇啱的話，響邊日之前要出offer俾業主揀，否則當你棄權，亦唔會幫你同landlord 講價。因為佢哋係收landlord佣金，責任係幫landlord 搵個好租客，唔會care你想唔想租，或者租唔租到。所以要自己主動，日日check住right move 。
