最新考ATCL是否不需要寫program notes?
之前要寫幾百字programme notes 介紹曲目，現在是不是不用了？是不是現在只需要列出選曲及時間便可？

而家好多音樂會嘅安排已經簡化，好多時候只需列出選曲名稱及演奏時間，方便觀眾快速了解演出內容

最後因為冇list pianist名字，program note被減了一分（3/4），不過好采都冇影響總分有distinction.
