German Swiss 官網Y7-Y9 English-stream curriculum 寫”strong emphasis is placed on German, with Mandarin and French available as second foreign languages”.

如果Y7-Y9選Chinese as second foreign language, 咁係咪仲要上German? 每星期幾堂German vs Chinese?

如果Y10或Y12才入GSIS, 可唔可以skip German, 只讀Chinese as IB嘅second language? 謝謝

Y7-9入都一定要讀German, IGCSE 會考German, 有分streams cater不同程度學生。另外再揀Chinese/ French (total 3 languages）其實英國學校好多都讀倆個外語，IGCSE只是A2 level不太難。
中文分5個streams, French係beginner 開始。中文/French同German都每星期4堂，中文要PTH present/寫作等。
Y10入不肯定可否waive German 因為Y11時其他人都會考IGCE German, highest stream 仲會再早一年Y10就考。
Y12入聽過可以waive German, IBDP可考Chi B, 舊年仲有人考Chi A，唔考中文其他人也可揀IB French/ German
