如果明年到英國升大學，要早D找定 year 2 accommodation

一般都要year1個年聖誕前後揾定。

一直以來都是這樣，我四十多年前已經是這樣。

同意。

投資英國物業要首先考慮自住或者buy and rent，這已經決定地點及投資方向。

買劍橋係租俾graduate student family，20年過去，非常順利。倫敦就一定係中心區，易租，而且可以揀客，甚至要求公司客。

好睇你係英國邊度？大城市嘅好睇業主想租比咩人，偏遠少少嘅好多業主都會租比學生，agent 都會好helpful 幫學生搵。
