仔仔6月尾回香港，怕帶漏文件，請問由加拿大入境香港所需文件？

1. Passport + HKID
2. Vaccinated Record
3. Hotel confirmation
4. A negative COVID-19 PCR test taken within 48hrs of flight departure
5. Laboratory accreditation document (present accompanying documentation that your testing facility is ISO15189 accredited)
6. Health Declaration Form online submit within 48hrs of arriaval (Screen cap QR code)

小心 point 4, 如果係transit, 係計48小時內"飛到香港的航班", 不是從加拿大起飛計的
