啱啱才知道加拿大BC 省19歲以下係要有監護人.

問過香港 agent, 佢話申請 study permit 時可以唔交 Custodianship Declaration form 先, 佢話有時批學簽嘅官員唔要求呢張 Form (唔知agent 係咪唔知不同省有不同要求, 如果係去安省, 沙省 ....就梗係唔洗交 Custodianship Declaration form, 批學簽嘅官員亦唔要求呢張都會批 study permit)

agent 話亦有時會要求交 Custodianship Declaration form (唔知係咪就係申請BC 省...). 我問 agent 如果大吉利事撞正批學簽嘅官員要求一定要我交此form 而我交唔到, 咁係咪出唔到學簽去唔到加拿大讀大學/College, agent 話係.

真心請教:
Q1: 多唔多成功例子, 19歲以下去BC 省讀大學/College, 無交Custodianship Declaration form 而成功出到 study permit?

Q2: 監護人係咪一定要係 e.g. BC 省住址, 可唔可以係安省? 因為可能搭上搭搵到人簽Custodianship Declaration form, 但他們住係安省

利申: 孩子明年 S6 畢業 & 考DSE 才 18 歲, 申請學簽亦將會是只有18 歲

我以為18歲就不用監護人

監護人是否有稅務影響？

啱啱再仔細研究睇清楚 IRCC 官方資料, 17歲以上, 原來真係唔一定要, 純粹睇吓批學生簽證官員要求/不要求交Custodianship Declaration form -- " A custodian is optional for minors 17 years of age and older, but an officer can request one on a case-by-case basis."

Caring for a minor child in Canada
The parents or legal guardians must prove the minor child will have the care and support they need during their stay in Canada. Minor children under the age of 17 must either:

•come with their parent or legal guardian or
•have a custodian in Canada

A custodian is a responsible adult, who is a Canadian citizen or a permanent resident, who will take care of and support the minor child. A custodian is optional for minors 17 years of age and older, but an officer can request one on a case-by-case basis.

How to appoint a custodian
To appoint a custodian, send us the Custodianship Declaration form (PDF, 1.02 MB) https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/pub/custodian-parent.pdfalong with the minor child’s study permit application.
The two pages of the form look similar, but:

the first page needs to be signed by the custodian and notarized (certified by a lawyer or notary) in Canada
the second page needs to be signed by the parents or legal guardians of the minor child and notarized in their home country

應該唔一定要嘅，否則唔識人又無親友響度，唔可以去讀書咩。

我係SFU 大學網站啱啱見到監護人公司資料 https://www.sfu.ca/students/isap/explore/before/custodianship.html，如果大吉利是批學生簽證官員真係要Custodianship Declaration Form, 到時我先至揾呢間公司攪監護人

PS: 最近，我係網上聽見唔少例子加拿大有College 收咗出咗offer acceptance letter 但最後 study permit 唔批

謝謝你嘅資訊，我都會叫阿仔自己睇下，我仔如果走都係得18歲，不過佢話應該唔使。
study permit 唔批有冇話系咩原因？正正常常讀書應該好少會唔批，不過而家好多人用讀書嗰條路，可能申請都要小心填寫。

以我暫時片面了解所知，申請加拿大 study permit 所需文件：
1) Study Plan
坊間傳聞呢個好重要，（呢個係最近呢1 、2年有唔少香港成年／中年人士去讀 College／大學唔批學簽原因），因為 Study Plan 內容要說服批學簽嘅官員點解去加拿大讀書而唔可以有一絲毫透路想移民加拿大。如果經留學 agent，有啲 agent 有 template 內容可以跟隨而令study permit 申請成功率會增加

2) 財力證明
（呢個都會有例子唔夠錢符合唔到IRCC要求，因為香港成年／中年人士去讀 College 未必有咁多儲蓄）

請問知唔知宜家要幾耐先批？我十二月遞交申請，但現在還未有消息

ircc portal 網上説處理時間為13星期
