Don't worry. The CLC HK parents support group is very well organised and sophisticated. You will be invited to join the official (school recognized) group in due course.

I don’t think “preparation class” would help. Keep reading is essential, in unlimited amount across different topics both friction and non-friction. Do some practice in comprehension may help also. Maths paper is not very difficult, can try some past papers of other UK independent school, basically similar level. Performance in assessment day is equally important.
Don’t spend money on Atom as it will not help your girl to reach CLC.
