When my daughter applied 2 years ago, for global mindedness, she put in her overseas volunteering experiences. She chose to put in volunteer work like teaching English, helping construct a school for orphans, since they are not related to the subject she applied for. This way you can show 'global mindedness'.

For academic out of school, yes you can put in piano examination scores and first aid courses.

Personal Statement 是在繳費之後才能夠 upload。
指定 program （例如 Dual degree in Law）才需要額外在頁面上填寫輸入。

學校內 Counsellor 提供 predicted grades, transcript, reference。

自己提名的 referees 提供 reference。

May HKU will base on my provided referees and email to them directly to submit Predicted grades, transcript and reference to university?

For personal statement, I can submit by myself after payment.
One item mention can submit other documents. May I know what is expectation of the other documents?

Referees will receive email while School Counsellor will login his account on the Counsellors' platform to check message. Counsellor may then confirm examination subjects and input Predicted Grades directly on the webpage.

Other documents may include CV / Resume detailing personal achievements, super-curricular activities and/or extracurricular activities.

Any kind of certificates especially those related to Super-curricular activities and proof of achievements may be uploaded.

Global mindedness（有時叫 global competence）係指一個人欣賞唔同文化，接受社會多樣性既能力。

Five subjects can be selected. Interview is depend on subject.

謝謝，仔仔正在英國讀書，想兩邊都報。A level 平DSE 較遲放榜，有影響嗎？

不會影響，Alevel 是非聯招，hku通常會睇predicted grades,按過往公開考試成績，比賽及參與校內外活動情況，大機會interview 後再出conditional offer,前兩年我仔報就是這樣，interview 後一星期就有offer。
