My son get his visa on 13/9/2021 and he arrived UK  on 17/9/2021.Now he still did not get any e mail or SMS to get his BRP.
He will get his BRP from University
He check : www.gov.uk/biometric-residence-permits/collect

It need the consignment number to tack his BPR delivery but we did not have any information of his consignment number.His  vignette will exp on 11/11/2021.

Anyone can advise what he can do?
anyone have similar situation

As you stated, he will get his BRP from his university (I assume you follow the instruction in the CAS to collect his BRP from his university when you filled in the online application of his VISA), why not ask the relevant department of his university? BRP should have arrived at your son's university long before he land the UK.

唔會有 email or SMS remind你去取BRP架，起你9月13號收到個VISA同時有封信，果封信上有寫你抵英後去邊度取BRP。
你申請VISA時系咪填起自己大學取證？甘快D去問返學校啦。個證一早就起你指定取證既地方啦，唔使追蹤，無得追蹤。

My son's university announced that there will be a delay in issuing the BRP card this year. Perhaps you can check with the Uni.

申請簽證時有選擇在邊度拎BRP, 當時大學校提供了一個code給我們去做簽證時輸入,拎簽證時果封信上有資料顯示去邊度拎BRP,我地去大學附近既郵局拎既.你睇下封信.

Thank you for your information.

I remember that my son had received a letter when he got his student visa but the letter did not specify where to get his BRP.But I ask him to check with his University as he had filled in his University as location to get his BRP.
