My girl is considering changing to this school from another boarding school. Anyone having girl studying there could share about school communication with parents, proportion of HK students, pastoral care... etc. I understand the academic standard is not that demanding.

Thornton in Bucks?
There are HK and chinese students in this school but not a lot. Most international students are Spanish or Russian. However, compare with others, it has more local students which is a good thing. And the uniform looks really nice too!

Thanks a lot. Any comment on the activities, pastoral care, close communication with parent or transparency of school administration ?
Or frequency of academic performance tracking (yr 10-11 GCSE years), regular feedback or girl’s behaviour...?

Hi, my children aren't studying at Thornton college. My comment is based on what I have heard from other parents. But so far, I haven't heard any negative comments.
May I ask what is the main reason you would like your child to move to Thornton? Maybe I can tell you whether Thornton can achieve your motive.

我個女轉左呢間幾個月, 但疫惰下只返左3個星期實體課.學校算幾嚴(阿女講),老師 support 學生
