1. Does anyone know which area nearby downtown Toronto would have cheaper rental rate for students and with TTC or subway service is accessible to university within 30mins of journey is acceptable?

2.Any reliable property agents recommended?

3.Hearsay that bed , mattress and desk are not provided by the landlord, too. Is it true?

4.Usually how much for 2-3 shared bedrooms?

5. Other than tuition fee and residence fee, how much of spending on cost of living in average per month?
