Dears, Living in TKO and Choosing English playgroup for my 1year old daughter . Targeting among UCM vs YCIS vs ZENITH vs Shichida vs Little Habs. Can anyone plz give some recommendations and pros/cons of this schools? Thx!

Little Habs: Very well-prepared teaching materials and lesson plans. Focus on sensory play and language development. However they have suspended classes since December due to Covid.

Zenith: Heard mixed reviews from friends. Teacher quality seems inconsistent as they do hire native English speakers who lack teaching experience/training.

YCIS: Playgroup is bilingual, Cantonese/English...I heard they focus a lot on free play with caretaker/parent, with occasional interaction with the teacher and very little group activities.(Someone please correct me if I'm wrong)

Shichida: No idea except I heard that they use flash cards.

UCM only has Kindermusik classes for 1 year olds. (kindermusik is a standard program...look it up if ...

YCIS 主張小朋友一開始用母語教學，所以多用廣東話，之後先再慢慢加英文(emoji)

UCM doesnt have messy play?
my son has been with UCM for a year, and the students have messy play everyday!

I only tried TKO zenith! Its not bad, kids have fun and it has the same rountine just as other playgroups! Story time, artwork.. teachers are great! But admin was quite bad. I once received a letter from zenith which was supposed to send to another student
