Actually, I believe some of these schools (like Abbots Bromley, Boris Johnson's old school) was forced to close because of declining pupil population and the pandemic. They were then bought by a Chinese company and reopened.

Even if I were a mainland mom, I would not send my kids to these schools. What is the point of studying in an overseas school full of mainland students?
