我8月底已交 application, 但沒回音。本人是基督徙家庭，最近補交了PN report, 仔仔report 很高分，自問份 form 也填得不差。

我有個幾個朋友分別年前報了ICS 也是沒有絲毫回音， I wonder 其實佢哋點 review D applications? 大家知道嗎？謝謝！

小朋友要自己入課室，如果喊得好利害，就家長陪埋入去

入課室後，家長就到另一間房簡單問下問題

Hi, my son is also studying in UCM PN now (ECF Piano class). Nice to meet you here!
I'm Christian and applied for ICS too. My son is born in June and my application was made in mid October. However, no reply is received from ICS yet.

Hey! hello!! so glad to meet a UCM parent here :)
Is your child enjoying UCM? my son's at afternoon PN class Ukulele

The UCM teachers are so nice ! I love the way that they have a spiritual school song and my son absolutely loves singing it! The main reason I would like to apply for ICS is because we live in SHA TIN, TKO is a bit far but if ICS has no offer I would be more than happy to let my son continue at UCM :)

Hope to see you around at UCM one of the days :)

joined their info session webinar today, basically the same as the info on their website with more detailed explanation for future academic prospects.
They are currently doing online assessments everyday, and they confirmed that the smaller kids will be assessed later on next spring, physical assessments will be resumed once the covid situation eases out but no one can guarantee that. So the admission staff asked us to wait patiently for invitations, any we may call to enquire once it has passed Feb next year without getting one.

好難講係咪好D，視乎你要求甚麼，我當年就揀ESF over ICS，因為不想太宗教同覺得IB versatile d, 加上我女鐘意ESF多D，因為佢話多D玩具同D老師nice d. 不過後來我女in完第間又話仲鐘意過ESF 所以都係比佢揀。

It takes time to assess definitely, I did the online interview last Friday which I guess I pick the earliest date for interview, more to come in this week

wow online interview for two/three year olds... i would imagine some toddlers might not be too comfortable interacting with strangers through a computer screen? that's not easy ah...

Yes it’s not easy for ‘small b’, since my gal is ‘big b’ and 比較主動答問題, she can complete the interview in 15mins. Good luck.

Due to the situation this year and that they need to switch the interview last minute to online assessment, I would expect the whole process will be delayed as compared to previous years.

hey good luck! I highly doubt if my child can do all the tasks listed on the assessment packet because one of my neighbours did that 2 months ago she said it was very hard, and they rejected her child after. sigh

the school's assessment invitation said the online interview will take 30-45 minutes. i should count myself lucky if my child could sit through the entire interview!

we just did it yesterday, only took us 14 mins, and my son sat through it surprisingly! thank god!

I think they will email us the acceptance result within a week or so.

normally new families into ICS will need to go through parents interview as well. Not sure if that's still the case this year and normally after both kids and parents interview are done, the result will be out very soon, like in 2 weeks.

they said before that only some parents might get it.
my friends told me if theres a rejection or waitlist option, you would get an email with reasons stated clearly.

We are being placed in wait pool and aug bb too. My child did most of the tasks and we were invited for parents interview.... quite sad now... may I know if very slim chance for wait pool? Any idea pls? Congrats to all those who got the offer (emoji)(emoji)(emoji)(emoji)

I heard from an ex ics staff that they weigh the homeshot video 70% for the whole assessment.
anyways wish u all the best, some parents might not follow through with the enrollment and there might be seats released later.

don't be so sad about it. Wait pool is better than nothing and chances are always there. It may be a long wait until someone drops out from the enrolment process.

Don’t be sad. I believe most of the parents will hold some offers. And some of them will drop off. Still have chance, please stay positive!
