剛收到以下email，係咪代表interview 好就有機呢？謝謝

Dear Parents,

Thank you for your application to an ESF Kindergarten for a K1 place for 2021/22.

As part of the application process, and to replace the onsite ‘Play Visit’, we would like to offer you the opportunity to submit a video of Xxxxx playing and talking, and also to invite you to meet with a member of the Senior Leadership Team over Zoom to answer a few questions about xxxxxxx’s experiences to date. Guidelines for video submissions will be shared with you in a seperate email around late December or early January.

This invitation is no guarantee of a K1 place, and is an offer for a virtual play visit only.

Depending on the outcome of the visit and the ESF admissions criteria, Xxxxxxx will either be offered a place in K1 or be put on the waitlist at TUNG CHUNG KINDERGARTEN.

你應該有playvisit （今年叫virtual play)的offer. Pass 咗英文個關，就睇你priority & random number 決定比offer or waitlist

Congrats !! Then you should be guaranteed an offer provided that your kid pass the English standard. It’s easier as children are more willing to speak at a familiar environment than a strange environment.

I am not sure whether this would be the case as I don’t hold the debenture .The wording is differ from the above case who holds it. Anyhow, at least it is not an email telling me no interview

You may choose and submit the “best” one among all you have taken.

This will depend on ESF’s upcoming requirements.

Congra...Your case is TC, certain case.Mine is another campus.

so you simply go ahead and prepare for your baby and your family well.

Do you mean that if my email invitation has the following wordings, I will be certainly given an offer or put on waitlist?

P.S. I’m not a debenture holder but received the email with the below wordings

My own opinion is yes, provided that you meet its criteria for admission.

‘The only criteria for admission is that students must demonstrate sufficient English language skills so that they can benefit from our English-medium learning environment.’

I think after passing the interview, receiving offer or waitlist depend on your priority/random number.
Pass+gd random number=offer
Pass+poor random number=waitlist
