I got a reminder email to upload some supporting documents and I did as asked. But the support document hasn't been locked like the documents before. I am not sure if I finish my application. Haven't got any reply since i uploaded the supporting documents, except today an auto-generated email reminding me to upload supporting documents, but says if uploaded, the email can be ignored.
I emailed to them this Thursday and called today but no reply. Does anyone have a situation like me? How can I know if I finish the application or not?

I think everyone got this email even you have submitted all required doc already

May I know is that you had submitted all requirement documents but still received this email?

same as what you have experienced. it seems to be an auto email to remind parents to upload in case you havent done so. i am quite sure i have uploaded everything they require when i submit.

It looks like everyone got a computer-generated email reminder. But were you required to add supporting documents by a man-sent email before? Are the documents you supplement being locked as the other documents?

i got an email from the admission office during mid sept confirming the receipt of all supporting docs and payment. therefore i havent checked the system when the reminder email comes out.

Thank you for letting me know. It seems your application is complete. I didn't get the admisiion's confirming email but an email asking me to supplement some docs. After supplementing, not got confirm yet.

I don't receive any email as well. I applied for two of my kids (one for K1 and one for Year 1). I called to ESF TY (K1 first priority) and the staff confirmed that they sent out the confirmation email to me last week (but I really did not receive any) and I already submitted all the required docs. So maybe you can also call and check if you are worried.
For another application (Year 1), I cant reach the school yet (the staff mentioned you can call your first priority school).

its so weird that some parents still received the reminder email even they have submitted all required docs already, and some didn't.

They sent out a general acknowledgment email on 19 Oct to confirm application is received and saying that the interview will be conducted in Oct - Jan.
