因學校宿舍需要share bathroom, 想請問出面租宿舍（hello student/crm-student)，係咪都定係要租到出年9月？我見幾間都寫move out 4/9/2021. 有冇得flexible deal?
第一年過去，請指教.

我租 crm，90% 嘅租約（crm 或者出面租屋）都係一年約，通常 7 月或者 9 月開始，冇得短但可以加長。每年續約，應該系可以啲物品原封不動擺系房直到你唔租。

我嗰間 move in 系跟附近大學日期，但可以 flexible move in，move out 就可以早但租一樣要交到 9 月。

Private housing, usually no. For student accommodation, all inclusive (including wifi).
