先從rule 上的白紙黑字看看有無得拆.

你先看看份agreement-

"I agree to the terms and conditions of application for the Individual Nomination Rights and declare theinformation provided for the above named Nominee is true and that the deposit is non-refundable if theapplication is allocated with the INR priority."
咁application is not yet allocated 應該係符合上面的IF condition.

講明5萬蚊係面試不成功先退，唔存在withdraw application。

定係你考慮照去interview，但叫小朋友唔講英文扮唔識等佢reject你

咁就有得退

好多謝你幫手看份agreement。好tricky，宜家來講，application係allocated with INR。但一旦application沒有了，係當“曾經”allocate過就唔退，定係已經唔allocate了可以退，好難講。

哈哈哈，呢個方法我都有想過。。。不過真係好難為個小朋友，唔明大人心思。。。

Application可以withdraw，EFS admission assistant話。其實面試唔過就退，個初衷都係因為小朋友唔係呢間學校讀書，所以不用交錢。咁withdraw application都係唔係呢間學校讀書，結果係一樣。。。

我見你其他post 入pre 1, 你是否申請插year 1 20/21? 報year 1買INR 唔會hold 5 萬到今日，除非係遲報插班
如你係申請插班，我相信你買INR嘅時候學校已經跟你說「等」，真心說沒有公平不公平，你情我願而已。
在esf /rc 嚟講， inr 只係一個打尖服務費。

這個就是買了NR之後而又有更心儀的offer的迷思，所以除非首選ESF，否則想清楚先買。

我朋友用過這招成功取回5萬，叫孩子一句聲都唔出，否則媽咪會無咗好多錢
