用咗N年，未試過甩拖。落單付款後有email receipt/confirmation，出發前會email通知司機電話/上車instruction。Lockdown期間訂車亦沒有要求附加費

Sorry to ask...What is the advantages of using this kind of booking? Is it difficult to get a taxis at airport?
I wonder if there is alot of surchange in case the flight delays etc...

It not difficult to get a taxi at the airport. However, if you are travelling to places like two hours away, most driver would not be happy to take you.

是的，第一次去Heathrow, 都建議你用Greet-and-Meet，出閘有人舉牌接送，好像才£5。Heathrow 有5 Terminals，停車點都不同，你book車前可以用online chat先問客服，上車詳情亦會有email落實。

London black cab可以拒載任何超過12miles車程，睇meters價錢貴，基本上不出Greater London 範圍。

我手頭上亦有些華人司機聯絡，專人專車，識廣東話，可以WhatsApp，付現金，但價錢較貴。真的有需要再PM我好了。

仲有，我鍾意用OTS，因為佢專做機場接放，會有你Flight Number 自動調節接機時間，基本上不會有Surcharge。到埗後打電話俾司機double confirm 已經land即可以

用過，不錯，是學校推薦我用的。其實，可以問一下自己學校有沒有約車公司推薦。英國地方大，每間租車公司的慣性覆蓋不一樣，用熟悉自己學校區的車，價錢和質素可能比較有信心。
