我訂過如果系分蘭航空果d起官網可以直接入16歲以下就已經幫你扣返稅出黎，如果國泰/英航果d就一定要打佢地電話訂票，訂票時幫你out返個稅出黎。

可以，打去hotline 退，等六星期!

Send passport copy to [email protected] to request refund of Air Passenger Duty.

Then call the hotline. They will search your email and then arrange refund.

For BA, you have to call their hotline to book. Once I saw Expedia got a much cheaper ticket and I booked and then called Expedia. CS said they could not do the refund of the tax and strongly advised me to cancel the booking immediately because they could not guarantee that under 16 can use the adult ticket to board the aircraft.
