Pearson's webpage says "Pearson accepts this decision" which is meant to be "UK schools will close this week and that exams will not be held in May and June". It doesn't mention all exams or include international exams.

女兒聽大學的教授說，今年大學收生，按收到Conditional Offer來收，當然只是聽教授說，要看英國教育部門公布用什麼準則。
如果是海外學生有點麻煩，假若香港學生在4月27日無法考DSE ，不知用什麼成績報讀，英國大學不承認校內成績，只看公開考試成績。

英國校內成績，用來出PG，大學以PG出conditional offer.

如果今年以conditional offer 來收人，即係唔睇公開考試，用校內成績收生。

IAL 同IGCSE 應該會照常考。

Cambridge CIE 同Oxford AQA 已經話咗唔會取消。

啱啱收到阿女學校電話通知呢幾日要返學校攞 IGCSE 6月份係香港考嘅考試證, 學校話暫時未收到通知要取消, 學校話依家係英國嗰邊取消而已.

The aim is to provide these calculated grades to students before the end of July. In terms of a permanent record, the grades will be indistinguishable from those provided in other years.

我學校話最後呢個term, 為U5網上提旱開始教A-Level.

會用之前所有成績去評分，識得一個細路考AL數某張卷當天嘔吐，返唔到學考試，結果都係用以往成績去評分，佢最後拎A*，完全冇down grade，亦冇註明係缺考，同其他成績完全冇分別。

正確！我會跟英國政府指示，一失手就down grade，除非你一向成績麻麻哋諗住喺最後考試先發力！阿哥話大把人係咁！咁就要擔心你一向嘅成績會唔會影響你今次最後得到嘅grade!

我大仔之前佢考ALEVEL時都有講，如果佢考個日病左，可以唔洗考，仲可以用佢學校最好嘅成績，我就話佢咁你依家有無病呀！

已經經公佈咗英國GCSE 同GCE A-level 唔會喺2020年5月、6月在任何地方考，當然包括香港。

IGCSE 同IAL 同英國GCSE、GCE A-level 唔同syllabus 無可能考。

咪玩啦，如果咁做，佢地要即刻做一個新方法，但又唔可以叫學生來考試，有冇可能呢？大學又有冇咁得閒呢？就算佢地真係咁醒，搵到一個新方法，但有一個叫收生程序，佢唔用收生程序的AL,GCSE成績收，而用新方法收，第日會唔會引起一連串訴訟呢？

我仔老師都提議我仔返香港考IGCSE, 但好似有部份已取消咗，所以決定唔考，反正已收A level學校Offer仲交埋deposit, 老師話可以用返mock成績

你仔仔已有大學offer, 是Year 13, 唔需要考慮考IGCSE啦，IGCSE是Y11的程度。

昨天也收到學校 email attached Ofqual 出嘅兩份 documents (both guidance and information) plus a letter to students from Chief Regulator of Ofqual.

英國政府在這個不考試措施處理得很妥善，而且刻不容緩，在停課後兩星期即詳細交代哂整套方案，佢哋全方位每個角度都諗埋，完全冇走漏任何細節，無得頂

Wait … what do you mean by new schools with no track record? Schools without performance history? or without the past achievements? Which examination board are you referring to? What is "another exam board" then?

Is your child studying in UK or other places like HK ? Have you read the following …

I meant brand new schools (say, sixth form schools) as well as schools not yet have track records (their students have not yet reached Y11/Y13 before current year). There are no provisions for these schools in Ofqual's current standardisation methodology.

路過，冇乜點睇之前D留言。不過阿大（而家oxbridge) 話，大學通常會派多咗CO，會預部份人失手。今年咁嘅情形，熱門大學分分鐘first year超超額多人，所以first year尾會fail好多學生.......。入到心儀大學都唔好放鬆！

“national results this summer may be slightly higher than last year’s, approaching an increase of 1% GCSE and around 2% for A-level”.

As 2019's results were lower than 2018's, this year's results will only be roughly on par with those of 2018.
