Anyone has received the Kennedy Yr 1 offer or still being put in the reserved list?

Anyone knows if there is no offer for year 1 reserved list, the list will roll over to year 2 automatically without further interview as we have already passed the interview for year 1?

As per the VP said, there will be no interview if they can provide the offer by end of this year else, the kid needs to interview again for yr 2.
