小女今年U6預計明年8月出AL成績而她L6成績係A A B已申請讀心理學而且有一間大學收了她(Glasgow)
1. 請問如果AL成績比預期好可否轉申請TOP D大學eg 牛/劍 UCL等
2. 因為明年8月才出成績，9月大學就開學，擔心時間上很急及未必有位轉.
麻煩各位比些意見

If one's final grades are better than the PG, he/she may apply for another course via adjustment:

https://www.ucas.com/ucas/undergraduate/apply-and-track/results/ucas-adjustment-if-youve-done-better-expected

Oxford does not participate in adjustment. Cambridge does but see the rules below:
