已去school visit, 但畢竟只看到表面。請問有沒有人了解這間女校？校風如何，學習氣氛濃厚嗎？please share any thoughts! 好想了解多些！thank you!

That you have been to school visit, I trust you would be aware that this is a very sought after school by the British people themselves, and one has to apply well in advance lest they may have closed the application having received enough applications. Princess Anne was a student there.

I have in the past heard from a couple of HK parents who speak highly of the school -- that the school provide good pastoral care, and the girls thrive there.

At the end of the day, it really depends on what you are looking for from the school to see if it is a good match for your girl -- e.g. some parents may want an academically demanding environment for their girl while some may want a more relaxed but caring environment. Also what is important for younger girls may not be as important if the girl is joining at higher form.

我先生朋友的太太是此校畢業，泰國華人，畢業後上劍橋。雖然我沒有問他學校的事，但她給我感覺溫文儒雅，humble,但很熱愛工作。婚後也工作。

多謝大家嘅回覆！請問大家：要到小朋友幾歲先知道適合A-Level還是IB呢？本身係香港讀緊IB 學校，諗住去英國讀書，最煩惱嘅係，唔知應該揀IB還是A-Level，因為小朋友仲細，唔知邊樣啱佢，請問你們當初是怎麼選擇的呢？

it is easier to apply for year 7, year 9 is very competitive!
