You need to use your child's passport to apply or count as foreign, I don't think your child has BNO right? If they are born after 1997? It is not based on parents' passports.

BNO不是外國護照，因為無居英權。何況，係要申請人擁有外國國籍，唔係父母指擁有外國國籍。

BNO是旅行証件，不是國藉。
