MY girl took Y6 or older SCAT Test and got 99 verb and 94 quant percentile, 'Award of Grand Honors' . Does it mean she is talented?

Will she get a medal and invitation for Award Ceremony?

Since too late for HK Summer program. Any suggestion what I should do next?
