全中。但有啲學校要求監護人喺學校2小時車程內！

如果無跟公司，要自己揾home stay. 呢個最麻煩。

Guardian is complusory for students under Tier 4 visa.  He / she is the legal person who acts on behalf of parents in case of emergency.

The fee is paid as the commitment for the respective guardian to act on behalf of the parents in a timely manner, in case of urgency.

If everything goes on smoothly and as expected, it seems the service of guardian is meaningless.  But if something pops up sudently and urgently, guardian is the one with legal capacity to act on behalf parents.  For example, if there is an emergency that requires sign off on medical consent.

If you have a friend that can act as guardian, you have to make sure he / she will be able to be called at from school within 2 hours of notice.  Besides, there should be something that he / she can show he / she is with the power to act, in kind of appointment letter.

We have friends in London too  But we appoint a guardian.

There are different scope of service.  You may choose the minimum package.

監護人的安排，就好比一份保險，求個心安。你買保險後，亦不會希望出事故要理賠，才覺得物有所值。
