我覺得首先揀英國或美國.
英國 UCL, 反正3間都差不多, 揀間整體名氣高啲嘅(如果engineering來講, UCL可能係最差, 不過唔僅要, 其他知識同能力對一個工程師可能還重要).
我覺得美國讀engineering會好啲。

若論國際知名度，UCL 明顯較高。
