Is it because st Clare is easier to get into primary and has priority for sisters?

I would say yes to both.
but you also have to consider the location of St Clare's Girls' School. It can be a headache if you live in Kowloon.

If u live in 西九(especially 奥運)，St Clare is the best choice, 校車經西隧15mins can arrive school

請問民生係咪谷啲？但學術是否強啲，同埋學園同設備都好啲？

Yes, 日日有功課，K1 開始教phonics, 有net 班主任
但如果比較小學，2間谷的程度差不多
民生小學42 人一班VS St Clare 3x 人一班，但設施配套就真係MS 好
St Clare 小學同幼稚園同一校舍
