好似八達通，購物嘟一嘟好方便，又可在ATM 機㩒錢，在港開了英國户口就有，用錢直接在户口扣錢

Every banks in UK can issue debit cards to their customs. But if you asked about what banks in HK would issue this for uk students? The popular ones that many HK students use are HSBC and EAB. But their HK branches cannot ISSUE debit card, they (their intentional bank department) only help you open the UK bank account and apply debit card by sending your application to UK branches for you.

英國HSBC 的debit card 如果拍卡扣數，只會扣 current account 內的款項，所以一般同學大部份款項會放在saving account, 有需要才經 apps 轉款，保障如果遺失張卡也會減少損失。

3 function of the debit card

1. Like the ATM card in HK: You can withdraw money from cash machine with VISA logo(No service charge).
2. Function like Octopus.
3.Function of Oyster card in London.

The bank must have sent you a PIN, use that PIN to withdraw cash, same like ATM in HK
