國際學校學制間間唔同，英、美、加、澳、新加坡、IB... 如何比較?
喺香港同CAIS一樣行 Alberta Curriculum 嘅, 可能只有 Delia School of Canada, Kowloon East Campus

I think the same too ! many people telling me that so just see what others think of CAIS on this platform.

I know the school has many things going on . It is going to have IB program, swimming pool and 2nd gym. I think it has bright future and it is making progress.

其實我都想知 CAIS 家長點睇, 如果 adapt 一套相對冷門的 Alberta Curriculum, 一直讀落冇問題, 只係萬一將來因各種原因而真係需要轉校, 會唔會因學制唔 compatible 而比其他國際學校麻煩好多呢?

I think most parents who pick CAIS are those will move to North America later

I just know they are in progress and it is for last 2years of high schoolers. They can go for IB and AP.

I thought its LPC campus will adopt PYP

Cais in lai chi kok , Alberta education curriculum. for those move to hk from Canada would be fine with that. Canada primary mostly play based.

請問什麼是LPC? 是CAIS campus?

No more LPC campus. All moved to Lai Chi Kok last year.

我覺得未進入考公開試的課程就冇問題。
好多國際學校本身嘅課程設計就係考完GCSE，不上A Level，而轉去IB DP。
亦有最後2年行IB DP 嘅直資及私校，之前係跟HK或校本課程，而唔係行 IB MYP。

我明白小學﹑中學﹑預科課程可以自由配搭, 但如果是有需要中途轉學, 例如 Grade 3 從 Alberta 轉去讀 PYP, 會唔會比較難適應呢? 對此真係毫無概念...

一般來說，孩子可以適應得很好，但父母可能不太適應。Alberta curriculum係subject based，IB唔係。在香港長大接受傳統教育嘅父母，應該唔會對subject based陌生，但後者父母可能比較難跟。揀學校一定要明白並認同學校教育理念，沒有最好，只有最適合。（利申：小朋友仲細，我都係摸索中）

同意zackmama。IB的homework同project難做好多，除非家長要求不高，否則會很難跟。有心轉的盡量低年級轉，因加拿大學制進度慢一點，有朋友轉晚的第一年跟不上（chemistry沒學過上堂聽不懂考試不及格），追的很辛苦
