讀書環境 - sports facilities and library facilities on campus, no entertainment (other than gaming on PC or laptop); nearest town Frankston is 2-3 km away need to walk or ride bus or train there; shopping mall is in Frankston which is a beach resort

風氣,成績 - depends on your own kid

Conclusion : So boring that your kid will have to study hard
