I see on the website that the standard debenture $500000 is refundable. But there is also a development debenture of $432250, which is non-refundable. May I ask if it is compulsory to buy the development debenture too?

As someone would like to donate to the school also that one entitles the holder to nominee another student while it was vacant.

I guess the development debenture is more for the company to nominate different employees’ kids in turn.
