英國著名教育學家Ken Robinson在2015年發表Creative Schools一書，指英國和美國試圖用標準化學能評核試來改進學校教育表現，行了許多年都不成功，而時代已經巨變。近年美國聯同18個國家和35個企業伙伴，合作探索21世紀技能的內容，列出三大領域：

其一是跨學科的基礎知識，包括對全球化、現代金融及經濟、公民社會、健康、環境等五大範圍的基本理解能力；

其二是學習新知識的能力，包括創意與創新、批判思考與解決難題、溝通與協作三大範圍的能力；

其三是生活與職場技能，包括彈性與適應、主動與自我導向、社交與跨文化、生產力與問責、領導與責任等五大範圍的能力。

作者指出，要培養學生具備這些21世紀必需的能力，首要是保持學生對學習的興趣，啟發學生不斷思考並與他人協作，而非關起門來背誦知識。

After reading the three huge learning objectives, US should go for that as soon as possible, because her President lacked of most of those learning attributes and not solving global problems, but created more problems.

Trump works so hard to cause problems such as to provoke conflict around the world, his goal may probably achieve the national policy of United States as far as my opinion

三大範疇，竟然不提 STEM或理工科的事。。。又係甚麼綜合能力。。。
