【明報專訊】「內地部分高校免試招收香港學生計劃」讓港生免卻港澳台僑聯招試，以文憑試成績直接報考內地院校。中國教育留學交流（香港）中心昨公布，今年免試招生確認有3216人報名，較去年2568人升25%，當中工程類學科升幅最顯著，首次打入最受歡迎學科類別首三位。


計劃於上月30日結束報名程序。最多人選為第一志願的三所大學，依次為中山大學、暨南大學和廣州中醫藥大學。


最熱門被選作第一志願的學科類別，前5位依次為經管金融類（27.3%）、醫學類（16.2%）、工程類（11.8%）、語言類（11.6%）和新聞傳播類（8.3%），其中工程類由2016年約3%，兩年間增加近3倍。


工程師學會認可內地課程


中國教育留學交流（香港）中心主任鞏萬認為，報名人數上升與內地高校實力提高、學生受大灣區等發展前景吸引有關，而內地院校部分已認證的工程學科，自2016年起受香港工程師學會認可，學生修畢課程後可回港註冊為工程師，故吸引更多學生修讀。

記者可能誤會了，工程師學會只承認有關學位，不等同承認專業資格。只是可以回港接受 professional training，都要經過專業評審，才可以正式成為註冊工程師！

你留意記者的報導，不是互認，是畢業後承認！就算香港畢業都要培訓及評審！

You can check the note C, need to be senior members of CAST, equivalent to Fellow in HKIE to apply for memberships.

For mechanical and electrical disciplines only.

C. i)Applies to Electrical (ELL), Mechanical (MCL) and Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering (MIE) Disciplines of the HKIE and the CAST. Applicants from the HKIE should be Fellows in the relevant disciplines. Applications from the CAST should be Senior Members (Senior Engineers) in the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering (CSEE) or Chinese Mechanical Engineering Society (CMES).

中國好多工程如資源勘查，核工程，地質工程香港沒有，因為香港應用不到，但像外國大學一樣，大部工程專業應用 層面都大 ，也比較高人工 。外國科技發展好的國家理工科都吃香，像美國麻省理工，加州理工。中國科技發展神速，理工科也同樣吃香。

今天偶然聽阿蘇個電台話佢去咗個什麼AI講座，令她感覺 震撼， 個專家話 現在ai發展最快的國家是美國，中國，以色列及韓國。

以色列在創科方面好成功，配套措施做得好！

現在中國及美國公司都去以色列投資科技產業，不過叫價異常偏高，炒過頭了。

我認為發展方向一定是向上，但向上是波纹。有上有落，被過度炒作，經歷調整，再向上。現實是這樣。以前互聯網也被過度炒作，但科技唔會停止發展。今時今日的智能手機跟當年的電腦互聯網已是兩個世界。

我幾欣賞以色列政府，高新科技已經轉移去海法，因為近邊界，亦被空襲過，所以工業科技一段時間停滯不前。

將重心轉移後，製造不少初創公司及新產業，對海法經濟帶來十分正面影響！

題外話，以色列向鄰近敵對國家輸出做水及農業技術，差不多無償！另外我參觀海法港兒童醫院，設備先進及有防禦空襲能力，其他醫院建築群沒有防空能力，遇空襲要病人轉送去地下防爆的地下停車場。他們時不時接收其他敵對國家奇難雜症的兒童病人。他們的人道立場，我十分欣賞！

謝謝分享！又長知識了！
以色列在困境之下要絕地逢生 唯有發展利用科技保護自己，以及用科技保持高增長及發展。 猶太人智商一向都高科技發展勁不出奇。剛上網查過以色列740多 萬人，人口比香港還少。
香港平均智商也高，又有錢，可惜社會各界 都沒有太用心投入科技方面發展，也可以說想發展，但又畏首畏尾。 教育制度上有困局，傳統社會也有枷鎖。

據他們官方，最大出口產業是軍事武器，資訊科技，網絡安全，農產品，醫療設備及科技。
