Depending on which HKU degree you apply for, you can then specialise in your 3rd and 4th years at HKU in any of the Arts, Social Sciences, or Business majors.
The list of possible majors are:

If you are applying with Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) and wish to be considered for HKU regular degrees too, application to HKU should be made through the Joint University Programmes Admissions System (JUPAS). Consideration will then be made according to the JUPAS timeline.

HKU 方面
剛剛致電 HKU 問, 例如想報 "HKU-Sciences Po Dual Degree Programme" 呢個課程, 佢話可以經 HKDSE JUPAS 咁報, 但呢個課程係 JUPAS 無課程 code, 只需要填 #5帖 HKU 上面嘅 Bachelor of Arts / Bachelor of Business Administration / Bachelor of Social Sciences 內的課程就可以了.
Sciences Po, France's 方面
同時, 學生要係 Sciences Po, France's 大學 web site 報名, 呢間大學會將資料俾 HKU, 咁HKU 就會知道學生係想報讀呢個 Dual Degree 課程
