Admission criteria is clearly stated In the website:-

https://www.caisbv.edu.hk/admissions/policies/

Sibling has to meet the admission criteria too, and to be prioritized... probably stand a higher chance but no guarantee...

You mean passport?
佢哋話如果係on waitlist的，揸外國passport 會係priority 先。
