如讀傳統又怕佢追不上。如讀IB，我本身對vic kinder認識不多，不知幼園的支援有否足夠。

I would vote for Victoria for its better Eng exposure!
If you want your kid to study in local school, just send him to learn Chinese in a centre.

想問下，vic 的英普班和兩文三語班有什麼分別？我仔仔收到英普offer, 但分別大嗎？中文是普通話教？而兩文三語班的中文是廣東話教嗎？
